Open Control Panel
Click on Preformance and Maintenance.
Click on System.
Then click on the Advanced tab
Click on the error reporting button on the bottom of the windows.
Select Disable error reporting.
Click OK
Click OK

Go to My Computer Properties
Click on Advance Tab
Then Click on the error reporting button on the bottom of the windows.
Select Disable error reporting.
Click OK
Click OK

Administrators can disable error reporting in Windows XP Professional by setting Report Errors to Disabled in Group Policy Editor (Gpedit.msc) in the Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\System\Error Reporting folder.

Go to, Start>Run, write regedit and press enter.
Navigate to the registry key,
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\PCHealth\ErrorReporting
and create, if it doesn’t exist already, a DWORD value DoReport and set its value to 0. If it already exists then just set its value to 0.
