Disable the Desktop Cleanup Wizard Without Reg Hack

Right click on the desktop

Choose properties

Then display properties.

Choose the Desktop tab

And click the Customize Desktop button.

There you can un-click the "Run Desktop Cleaner every 60 days" button.
