Add Custom Favicon .icon from Dashboard "Latest Blogger Update"

The following steps are all that is required to take advantage of this new capability:

1. First Login to Blogger with your ID.

2. Click Design.

3. Click tab Page Elements.

4. As you see in image Click on Fevicon Edit Button just below "Add and Arrange Page Elements" Heading.

5. Then Browse your fevicon icon from hard disk.

6. And Click On SAVE. Now Your Fevicon icon Changed look like below image.
