Here are steps to link your Social RSS account updates to your Facebook Fan Page Wall.
Follow Step to Install RSS application in Facebook.
1 - Click Here to Visit application Link Page or simply type this URL in your browser: http://www.facebook.com/apps/application.php?id=23798139265
2 - Then look for Add to my Page button on the left top side.
3 - And click it.
4 - On the next prompt page, select the Fan Page you have administrative privilege and want to add the RSS to by clicking Add to Page button. And then click Close button to exit this pop-up.
5 - Then go to Fan Page and click on RSS/Blogs Link in left side after click RSS/Blogs edit application setting and enter your Rss Url after fill settings click on update.
