Stop permanently Thumbs.db in your computer system

Go to the My Computer and

• Click the Tools option
• Choose the Folder Options

Now.. select the View Tab and then

• Click the ‘Do no cache Thumbnails’ check box.

Then click on Apply and then Ok.

Now onwards if the user finds the Thumbs.db in the folder in Thumbnail or Filmstrip view, he may delete just once and that would not return else more.
